Mr. Darius Carter (Certified Residential Appraiser) was professional both on the phone and in-person. He was able to set a date for the appraisal of our home very soon after our initial conversation. Though he was running a little behind schedule, he was considerate enough to call and inform us before our agreed upon appointment time that he was going to be tardy. After his arrival, he set about his work and finished in a very timely manner. His report arrived approximately six days after his survey of our property (though this was during a Thanksgiving holiday week, so that was to be expected). We are very happy with the thoroughness of his report and his overall professionalism. We would highly recommend his services.
