Ridgeline Roofing replaced our old asphalt shingle roof, including the plywood, and gutters. Sam and Peggy, the owners, were very professional and easy to work with.  Their pricing was competitive, but not the cheapest quote we received. We wanted the job done right, and they used materials with a lifetime guarantee. After the work was completed, we did have a small issue with the gutters, but they sent someone out very quickly to make it right. All in all, we were very pleased, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

They are very conscientious about doing a very good job. They have gotten the rot out. They have been good about staying in contact and their price is very competitive with other bids that I got. They seem to have a lot of integrity. They have kept the bid at a good level. They are really nice people. I feel good having them work on my home.

The roof was done back in the 1980's by another company. They came out and repaired the problem after 3 other companies had tried to repair it and failed. They let me know up front that they wouldn't be able to get to the job right away. They kept in touch. When they came out to do the work, they did an excellent job. Greg, the owner was great to work with. He even informed that if it starts leaking they will come out and repair it again for free. The final price was lower than what I had expected, so that was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely consider them when it is time to replace the roof.

Roofer was chosen because he was the only responsive one of the 4 that we called. While tearing off the roof, they discovered that the sheathing was not offset-e.g., all of the lines between the plywood sheets on one half of the house lined up, which probably looks nice, but provides no earthquake strength. To re-sheath the roof in plywood on top of the old stuff was an additional $2,500, which brought our total up from the original bid of $7,000. This was a lot for us to spend on a 1400 sq ft house, but I guess it would've come to light anyway.

Greg, the owner, is a very pleasant and knowledgeable man to work with. His crew was pleasant very hard working and expert. I was most appreciative of several defects in the old attic wiring that they discovered and I was able to repair. The job is not finished as I write but I have every expectation it will be completed satisfactorily. Greg kept me well informed of what to expect and when.

Fantastic. I thought this would be a pain, as the house is weekend use only, and it was raining on and off the whole time. Also, I wasn't there to "supervise" as I would have liked, but Greg and his crew were great. They had to be very patient and timely given the rainy weather, the additional drive time to the coast, and a demanding customer (me). They did everything I requested, and made several recommendations that I had not thought of. Greg was accommodating and a pleasure to work with. His crew even made a trip out to do some additional caulking and site inspections during a severe winter storm to make sure everything was OK. They also did carpentry and copper gutter soldering, so they are a full service company. I was particularly shocked that in spite of the stormy weather, and size of the project, that I had to search to find any debris around the house like nails or shingles. And NO I am not a relative or acquaintance of theirs, my real estate agent recommended them.
