You never know when the owner, Mike Zanoni, is going to be at the warehouse. He rarely answers the phone also. He told us he was going to come and then never came out. It took all of November and part of December to get him out to do the work. After they got out money, they were hard find. The vinyl was not glued down and it was just laid down and there were some air bubbles in the floor. It took me a month to get the sub contractor to try and fix that issue for us and he wasn?t able to fix it.
