I saw a good review of this company on Angie's list, so I called them about 8:30 a.m. because my front load washer wasn't draining properly. Chris answered the phone and scheduled an appointment at 11:00 a.m. He was here exactly on time, fixed the machine in about 30 minutes, tested it to make sure it was working properly--it was--and gave me a bill for $75.00. I was so relieved, because I wash about 2-3 loads of laundry a day. He was great and I'll call him again if I need to.

The work needed was for a washing machine in a rental that I have. The washing machine would not empty the water after a load. It turned out the water pump was broken. Also the refrigerator was leaking. He fixed the tube that went to the ice maker. He fixed everything well and there have been no future problems.

Overall, everything was great. Whenever I need appliance repair I always call Chris since he does such a great job. Considering the washing machine was over 20 years old, I was able to buy a refurbished one from this company and it has been great ever since. I had it serviced a couple of times over the years and the last time we just decided to get a new one. He was not there trying to sell me anything, and he told me that my dryer that was the same age as the washing machine was working just fine. I think that reflects well on his integrity and shows that he was not there to sell me a new machine.
