.I made my reservation over the phone, the phone etiquette was great, and the price quoted was the price paid.
When I arrived for the appointment, the vehicle was serviced immediately, while I waited in a simple yet comfortable waiting area, complete with the local newspaper. The staff were very courteous, and had me on my way very quickly.
The price was very competitive, and the installation was flawless. I highly recommend this company.
