The service man was a little late in arriving but he called to let me know that he would be about 15 minutes late. Good communication is always appreciated. He assessed my current furnace, took measurements and then asked my how efficient I'd like to go with the new furnace. He pulled out a brochure from Lennox to show me all the options, complete with seer and energy star info. Based on my feedback, mainly regarding what I could afford, he helped me to choose the best fit for my household. I received a quote via e-mail 5 days later. I'm sure I could have had it quicker, but I mentioned that I wasn't in a hurry. All in all, good service.

The furnace that was in the house when I bought it was broken in a very interesting and fun way. Art from Henry Mechanical was very easy to work with. He did the estimate and got everything lined up. It was really interesting because they came out and did the installation of the furnace and then they came out and did a mandatory test, which was required in order to close the permit. We failed the test, but it was ok that we failed the test because the house was so old that it didn't require the test to be passed. I said yes, but I want to get closer to passing the test, because the way we failed the test indicates that I'm wasting the high-efficiency furnace that I had you put in. So I said I wanted them to fix what was wrong. Without increasing the price, they came out and did additional work. They sealed the joist bay that was being used as a return. They installed some radiant barriers to keep the attic space cooler (or hotter, depending on which way you went). They just increased the effectiveness of our furnace quite a bit. The furnace is now pulling air from the return not the attic, which is the way a furnace is supposed to work. Recently the company has not been responsive in sending quotes I have asked for.

The job was done very efficiently and they did everything as indicated. I felt that the follow up was a little weak, I would have liked a little more follow up. Overall, they did an fine job.
