Gregory and Daniel were very efficient and did a super job. They arranged items in the storage facility as I requested with the larger (furniture) in back to what I might want to go through at a later date in the front of the storage unit. Being a senior, I really appreciated having such helpful and friendly movers.

They did a great job. Their customer service was fantastic. Their price was good; it was the lowest bid. They were on time. The people who worked for them were excellent. They were totally responsive. They were 100% professional.

I can truthfully say it was the worst experience I have ever had with any service provider ever. It was a nightmare. They called me the day of the move and told me they would be arriving early, I told them not to but they did anyways. They said it would be a 2 hour process. The whole scene was a rush and extremely stressful. They treated me with the utmost contempt and rudeness. He actually told me you do your job and I'll do mine when I attempted to bring an issue to his attention. He didn't follow through on the terms of our agreement as far as wrapping certain items in plastic. He also told me I could keep my drawers full, however he proceeded to remove a jewlery tray from them without my permission. They were pushy with the time frame on the travel down from northern California. He even went as far as to call the day we were driving to see if he could come the night before even though we would not be to the new residence yet. This was all after we had agreed to a prior arrangement. Finally there was in fact damage to my belongings, although they told me it was already there before.
