Munguia's Refrigeration & Appliance Repair

When they first came out to the house they turned on the Microwave and said it was a Magnatron problem (without looking inside). They said that Old Republic would order the part. Did not hear from anyone for weeks. Called Old Republic and they said that they only knew that the service provider had come out. They then contacted Munguia's and the part was ordered. Munguia's came out after a few weeks and added the part, It did not fix the problem. They said it was another part that was needed, they would order it and get back to us. They never got back to us so we called a number of times. We were told it was on order. We called Old Republic and they were unable to get a hold of Munguia's either by phone or email. We were then given to another provider.......the jury is still out on this one, they were a no show today.
