The owner came to my house and gave me an estimate. He brought samples of the product and explained the differences in cost for the optional choices. He explained the payment procedure and approximate timeline. He explained it would take about 3 weeks to get the materials needed and have them stained and ready but the actual installation would take appoximately 3 days. We signed the contract. He came back one other time before installation to take final measurements. After approximately 3 weeks he and his workman came back and started work. The first day was demolition. They cleaned up afterward. They second day was preparation and some installation. The next day was full installation. They did come back a forth day to put on knobs and a few finishing touches. Everything was cleaned up afterward and the job was completed.
