He did an excellent job for a fair price.  I would recommend his services to others.  He also went back through and inspected the roof and made sure there were no other issues and explained how things worked.

They came to do the job done at a reasonable amount of time. They cleaned up and they were out of here. I give them all A's.

A major roof repair was done in 2009 by and quot;a friend of a friendand quot;. It leaked within months. Bob did an amazing job of re-doing the roof using TPO (it's a low slope and adjacent to a mobile home roof). I also had him redo my shed roof at the same time. An amazing job on both structures.

Very positive experience with Bob, he explained everything very clearly and bought a short ladder along so that I could see what he was explaining. He moved the bottom two rows of tiles down about an inch to stop water running on the wood, and also added a metal flange along the edge of the roof to protect the wood. I could clearly see where the original builder had not bought the tile down far enough, and after the work was done I could see that the water would run right into the gutters. Bob was a great guy - he really wanted me to understand what the problems were and make sure that I knew what he was proposing to do. Bob also talked about the proposed solution another roofer had offered and explained why it would not be as effective or last as long as the option he recommended. Bob's option was only about $100 more expensive and will last much longer.

Called Robert Grubb Roofing. Got a quote quickly. He came out and did the repair. He kept work area clean, and the repair was finished in the time frame quoted.

THE PRICE I PAID WAS ABOUT TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE THAN WHAT HE HAD ORIGINALLY QUOTED ME. IT TOOK FOUR DAYS LONGER THAN WE HAD PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED BECAUSE THEY WERE TAKING SO LONG. I MISSED A LOT OF HOURS FROM WORK BECAUSE OF THEM.

THEY WERE INCREDIBLE WORKERS. WITH ALL OF THE PREPARATION AND TEARING OFF THE OLD ROOF AND THEN PUTTING ON THE NEW ONE, IT DID NOT TAKE THEM LONG TO GET THE ROOF DONE. THEY CLEANED UP AT THE END OF THE DAY AND DISPOSED OF ALL THE OLD MATERIALS.
