There was just ice stuck in the ice maker and all I had to do was put my blow dyer on it to melt out. I also requested over the phone to have them look at my microwave but the service man said that it wasn't on the list of things for him to do so he didn't even look at it. I thought it was a bit over priced.

I THOUGHT THAT I WOULD HAVE TO BUY A NEW WASHER BUT I DIDN'T. THEY CAME OUT AND DID THE JOB LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY CAME ON TIME AND SEEMED TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE NOT SURE WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE ICE MACHINE, THEY SAID IT COULD BE ONE OR TWO THINGS. YET THEY COULD NOT GUARANTEE ANYTHING. THAT INFORMATION COST ME A SERVICE CHARGE. I DIDN T HAVE ANY WORK DONE.
