It went fantastic. He was able to reroute the drip line. Very nice and helpful and informative. I was very happy with both Robin and Doug. I have the worst schedule and Robin made it work because she understood the severity. I am very happy with them and will use them for future air problems.

Vendor showed up on time and pricing stayed within estimate. Extremely helpful and patient in explaining how the system works and what the manufacturer recommendations for service and maintenance were.

I have a rental property and the tenant had complained of the heater had gone out so I had asked them to go out and take a look at it. They looked at it and got it fixed right away. Their price was reasonable as it was $50 for service call and for some parts which was minimal.

Had air conditioner problem and contacted American Home Shield who set up contact with Air Tek. They called promptly to set up an appointment, came out to look over the problem promptly and were miraculously prompt in getting the unit fixed and operational in much less time than they had originally thought. We are very pleased!

When we built our work shop on our property we got many different bids from HVAC contractors - including some of the better known local contractors who advertise heavily. I soon realized how those companies pay for all that advertising - charging very high prices. I was fortunate to have had Air-Tek recommended to me by a trusted friend, and when I called them out they provided a very accurate and reasonable estimate to perform the work. Better yet, they did what they said they would do. They showed up on time, always answered the phone when I had questions, and acted as though they truly did value our business, rather than just being another number. More than that, they have offered additional service, going above and beyond what they contracted to do, all in an effort to make me a satisfied customer. Well, I am. And I am a happy customer for life. I hope one day they branch out to do more trades so I can help keep them even busier. If you are considering having HVAC work done you can't do better than contacting Air-Tek. You will be glad you did - and sorry if you don't.

Air Tek was refered to me by my home warranty company, American Home Shield, to inspect my furnaces. Air Tek inspected the furnaces on two occassons, once in April 2008 and again in May 2010. Each time Air Tek reported that the furnaces were in good shape, when in reality both furnaces had large cracks in them which were evident on inspection. Only after Brower Mechanical meet with the tchnicians from Air Tek and showed them the cracks, did Air Tek aknowledge that there was anything wrong with the furnaces.

Air Tek was scheduled to do the work on Friday. The owner Doug and crew of 2 arrived around 10am. The crew worked non-stop until after 10:30pm. They were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Their technicians gave meticulous attention to detail. I especially noticed this when they installed the evaporation coil. They carefully sealed the unit against possible leaks. They checked and resealed all interior vents and checked air flow. Because they were also installing a new heating unit they took care to vent initial output to the outside to avoid fumes inside. They explained future conditions that might indicate the need for service or adjustment. Finally, they ensured that I had all model and serial numbers and documentation so I could register the warranties. Doug is coordinating the permit and inspection steps that still remain. When the work was completed they hauled away the large, old compressor unit and my space was clean and free of work debris.
