Mrs. Veronica does an amazing job with cleaning my apartment and babysitting my dog. I was recommend to her by a friend and I was very surprised with her work. Mrs. Veronica cleans my apartment so good I can't even believe how great it looks and smells after she is done. I had an emergency one day and called Mrs. Veronica and requested if she can come babysit my pet and watch my house and she was available immediately. She stayed at my apartment and took care of my dog and cleaned my place. Mrs. Veronica is very punctual and honest. Veronica is an Excellent Person. She takes her time to clean my house and always leaves my house shiny spotless and smelling fresh. She also is very punctual and honest. She also babysit my pet dog and cat when I went on vacation for 4 days . She stayed over those 4 days to care for my pets and at the same time watched my house since no one was home. Ms. Molina did a great job the 1st time she came and is what I called a Dazzler. The 1st. time she cleans your home she really does a great job, but as time goes by, her skills diminish. I even caught her in the kitchen clipping the coupons she had asked me for earlier, after all I am paying for her time. She will also break things and not say a word. I of course called her on her behavior. The next week as another reviewer stated; Veronica called and told me that she couldn't work for me anymore. She said that she had a car accident- WOW- she sure is accident prone. She is sneaky, disingenuous and manipulative.

Veronica Molina is a Godsend. The woman is a detailed and professional house cleaner. When she leaves my house looks, smells and feels so clean. I especially like her because she is an independent and doesn't belong to an agency. She takes her time is careful and communicates well. Veronica is also a local.

Veronica and one other woman came to clean our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom place. They did a great job and were very friendly and professional. They dusted, cleaned the kitchen and the bathroom, and vacuumed and mopped all of the floors. We were very pleased and would definitely hire Veronica's Housecleaning again!

She cleaned the house a couple of times and then called back stating that she had met with an accident and will not be doing cleaning for six months to a year and that we should find someone else.

Wonderful, as always. I have been using Veronica for over 4 years now ever since I had double knee replacements which had restricted what I can and cannot do around the house. It has been a while since I wrote a review, so I thought I would update. If anything has changed over the years, it is that Veronica just gets better and better. She takes care of my house (and me) on a very regular basis. I do not know what I would do without her. She does wonderful general housecleaning, and she is meticulous. I never thought anyone would be as anal as I am about cleanliness, but Veronica is. I don't expect her to do heavy stuff (i.e. carpet, window, and major floor washing that I hire professionals to do once a year like Coit or Stanley Steamer). She keeps my home sparkling, fresh and welcoming. My thanks to Veronica Molina, and I look forward to the next 4 years. It's a blessing to find this dear lady that I trust to care for my home as much as if it were hers.

Veronica has been cleaning my house for over six months now. We are very happy with her services. She's very dependable and communication is great. She and her assistant do a very thorough job every time. She's willing to pay extra attention to certain areas, like cleaning my refrigerator, when I ask her to. My husband and I always look forward to her cleaning services every two weeks and we highly recommend her to anybody.

I paid for 8 hours divided by 2 workers. They said they were finished after 4 hours. I was thoroughly disappointed after my inspection. There was just surface cleaning, not much furniture or accent items moved. Even the dusting was minimal. I should have known better from the start because as I was explaining what I wanted done and how much it would cost to Veronica, her assistant started wiping the kitchen counters. Anyone knows that you start from top to bottom. I expressed my dissatisfaction when they finished and she said that my cleaning products didn't work and that they would go over things again. No thanks. I paid them half of the $350 we agreed on and showed them the door.

Veronica and her assistant arrived on schedule and did a great job cleaning the house. We were quite pleased with their work. They were very efficient cleaning each room using the cleaning supplies we provided them. I would recommend them to anyone and would rehire them again.

Veronica cleaned my house on a restricted time opening. She is very flexible with her time. She cleaned the home beautifully. She works hard but not rushed. My belongings where we'll handled. I will be calling her again.

Veronica and her assistant did an excellent job. They arrived on time, were very professional and very polite. They worked non-stop, were very thorough in their cleaning of every room, and gave special attention to the kitchen and bathrooms. They were meticulous with the dusting; reaching more surfaces than have been done by previous house cleaners. We rate them higher in quality and performance than our previous house cleaners. We were very pleased, and we will be using them again.

Our place is still completely empty, so in some ways that made it easier. But Veronica really dug in and made sure she did a great deep clean with the limited supplies that I had. As she went along she asked me to look over the areas she had finished in case she missed something. While I didn't see anything she could improve on, I liked that she gave me a chance to give her feedback before she was walking out the door! I'm hoping to have her back to help me out regularly after we finish moving in!
