General Remodeling
The owner suggested that i redo the stairwell to match the wood floors. I gave him 800 for materials and 800 for the labor. I paid for the material upfront, but not for the labor becasue it never happened. They said that they did not feel comfortable doing the stairwell becasue they had to steam the wood to shape it. He only gave back the 200 until i took him to small claims court for the additional 600 plus the cost.
