AA-1 door service

**READ THIS REVIEW** initially it went fine. I called and they came out within an hour. The repair man looked at my machine for 10 minutes. He unplugged it and pushed a few buttons. He then proceeded to tell me that i "need a whole new set up". The garage door opener was purchased within the past year so i was pretty sure the machine could be salvaged. I asked if there was someone else that could come out to look at the issue and he apparently felt that i was insulting him. He had been in the business for 5 years and that there was no one else. He asked for the service fee and left. I then proceeded to call another company. they also came out quickly. One of the wires had been shaken loose. He just simply popped the wire back in and the machine was as good as new. I called the company to discuss the situation and he HUNG UP ON ME!!! completely unprofessional. It's apparent that this company is just trying to push "new set ups" they should change their call sign from garage door repair to garage door salesmen.
