Description of Work: First of all ,Jesse represents himself as a knowlegable professional. He does nice work, but his professional ethics leave a lot to be desired. He wanted to be paid by the hour,plus materials. he is a master at stretching out time, especially when no one is around to watch. He quoted a finish time of early September 2011. He dragged this out for another four weeks, and job is still not done.He said he would be done by then, he was not.,the whole experience was very unprofessional on his part..We feel that our good nature was taken advantage of, and to our suprise, his materials list made no sense, did not add up and he purchased many personal items and was wasteful of the items he bought. HE WAS UNWILLING TO COMPROMISE WHEN CONFRONTED ON HIS MISUSE OF TIME AND MATERIALS, He does OK work, but very slowly, a lot of breaks, making a lot of phone calls, lots of cigarette breaks, he makes a whole scsne around rolling his own. two hour plus lunches, billed as aonehour. all in all, a very bad vexperience . He is more like a petulant teen ager than the true professional,that he represents himself to be. We were willing to compromise at just deducting 20 hours from his final bill, we had already paid him almost 10.000 in hourly labor.when we had originally been asured it would be around 5000. and he still wanted more.He broke a waterline and did a poor repair and we had to call in an expert on this,as his repair was not done properly and he did not deduct any time for this until he turned in his time sheet and we had to ask for a minor time deduction. He did it but it "p*****" him off. Then, to high degee of unprofessionalism,when we wanted to deal with his "hours" he sent his wife over with her two little kids to harass my partner.
