"Hello [Member name removed], We completed the roof maintenance as per the Angie's List Big Deal Special that you purchased. The leak you are having is not related to maintenance items. Your leak is due to damaged felt that is not visible because it is beneath the existing tiles. In order to correct your leak, the tile in roof area above the leak must be removed and felt must be replaced. This is a major roof repair, and is not covered under the Angie's List Big Deal. Also, we provided you with an estimate with our recommendations for your additional repair work needed to correct your leak. Our understanding was that you were going to get other estimates for the needed repair, and then call us back if you wanted us to complete the additional repair work. We are very sorry if there was any misunderstanding. Please feel free to call us if you would like us to move forward with our recommendations for the additional repair work needed to correct your roof leak. Thank you"

"I'm sorry we could not perform the Angie's list special on your roof. The type of roof tiles you have are very fragile and cannot be easily walked upon without creating damage. (Two Piece Clay & Boosted Tiles)The $900.00 dollar price was for inspection with maintenance and included damaged and broken tile replacement. It was not our intention to mislead you in anyway and would like to formerly apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstandings."
