First of all, the Precis Solar and the staff were incredibly professional throughout the entire process. I just purchased my house last year and thought living out here solar was a no brainer! Met with the sales rep who was very knowledgeable and clean looking (the kind you aren't worried to let in your house). He came prepared with a presentation according to some information I gave him i.e. my Edison bills and what not. After the presentation I was very pumped and couldn't wait to get the ball rolling. Next, the site inspector came to the house and was very respectful. He made sure he introduced himself and explained that he was going to take some measurements on the roof and which would be given to the engineer to start calculating my usage and figuring out how many panels I wanted vs. was allowed to have due to roof space. Everything was catered to my wants and needs from choosing American made panels to the layout design.



Communication was good throughout the process and I would be given updates routinely. The admin girls were very sweet and would also explain the paperwork process from start to finish (PTO). I felt like they wanted my business and went above my expectations.



What we've all been waiting for...installation time! Let me say those guys were awesome! they also were very professional and quick with installing the system and clean up. They went through the attic and had to cut some holes in my drywall, but the final product was amazing. Looks way sleeker and cleaner than a couple of my neighbors who went with other companies. The conduit was all hidden, they moved a vent so that my layout would be streamlined instead of being all checkered like and choppy, they color matched my paint, painted and fixed any roof tiles that were broken in the process with the same tile, so you can't even tell the difference. They also put the inverter in our garage to keep the side of my house nice looking and the patch work Luis Valtierra did upon Precis Solar's own final inspection was killer! The man is an artist! Also my dog put a couple of unsightly holes in our walls and he used the left over material to help me fill it in like it never happen.



Overall, my experience was great! The care and attentiveness this company has for it's customers is wonderful. I highly recommend Precis Solar to any potential solar buyers/leasers. Be sure you give them a chance to "meet and beat" competitor quotes. I'm sure they won't disappoint!
