Peter was up front about diagnostic fees, was knowledgeable about the washing machine, and explained exactly what happened and what needed to be done to fix. In my case, it is an older unit and I could have tried to fix the transmission but it makes more sense to replace.

Peter was very professional and courteous. He quickly found that the problem was a burned out broiler fuse. He checked the oven fuse, as well, and had him replace that as well. He went online and ordered the parts while showing me the cost. When the parts came in he fixed the oven just in time for Thanksgiving. Make sure you know his acceptable payments beforehand.

I hired Peter after 2 other repair people did not fix the problem with my motherâ s fridge. Peter was a complete professional and quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Peter was knowledgeable, courteous, called to say when would arrive and was on time. We are elderly and didn't feel taken advantage of. Had to defrost fridge and he carried all the frozen food to the outdoor freezer for us. Had him look at our washer also, Because it was real old and parts and repair would be costly, his suggestion was to go with getting a new washing machine. We will be using him in the future.
