Came out to my house on time trimmed my tree to perfection was very happy with the team that came out very polite professional answered all my questions cleaned up my whole yard very well when they were done by tree looked absolutely gorgeous will always he use them in the future and I highly recommend them on a one to 10 I give them a 10

They did an excellent job, I am very satisfied with the result.  They were very professional, prompt, and friendly.  I highly recommend them.

Williams Tree Service did an incredible job for my octogenarian aunt who had not trimmed her 1 acre yard of brush and 40 trees since 1967. They were so patient and kind to her that I gave them a try. Even though my job was small potatoes compared to my aunt's home, the crew of six men were efficient, thorough and spent much effort hacking at the stump of a  (perhaps) 100 year old trees. They dug down 1 foot below the lawn level and covered the hole with dirt. The magnolias on the curbside are supposed to be maintained by the city of Los Angeles but we know how that goes ... the trees were overgrown and my husband was willing to pay for the trimming himself instead of waiting years for the city to do it. I had to get a (free) permit online but that was a one- day process. The crew arrived on time and completely cleaned up all debris and hauled it away in their truck. I live on a crazy-busy street (five houses south of a university) so I placed signs on the curb (the night before) in front of the two trees to ask motorists to move their cars by 8 am to avoid being in the path of falling branches. I am very happy with this service and would recommend Williams Tree Service to others.

Greg showed up early with his crew. They got to work removing the trees and bushes that were marked for removal. They were not careful about damaging plants and other property even when I told them to be more careful. They damaged flower beds and a sprinkler head. Most disturbing they cut the tops off of three ficus trees that provide privacy to our yard. When we called to discuss the ficus trees, he offered no solution. The ficus trees were not marked for removal and my husband had specifically told Greg not to touch anything on that side of the steps. We will not be using Williams Tree Service again.
