We switched to Verizon because our last service provider was not able to give me good connections at my work place. I was dropping and missing a lot of calls with them but I have not had any of those problems with Verizon.

They have all kinds of different plans. I don't like much about them. I don't care the voice mail for the cell phones. For the home phone, the voice mail is okay and I don't mind it for the landline. They are expensive. The prices are too high. The quality is okay.

It's pretty good. It's a discounted price I get through where I work. I am now retired, but, the discount continues. If I ever wanted to upgrade, it would cost more. But, as long as I keep my plan, I'm in pretty good shape.

I have a business line and so if something goes wrong I get people out here really quick. But I'm really unhappy with the price.

i hate them. they are the worst company EVER! there customer service sucks and i hope the whole company dies! i am stuck in a contract with i am oblagated to pay, but they don't seem to be oblagated to supply that service i pay for. i hate them!

I have a very basic phone. I went with their plan because of their wide area service. The quality is marginal and the pricing is good because calls tend to be free. They had an erroneous charge and all it took was a telephone call to get it resolved. They charged somebody else's equipment charge into our account and they subsequently took it off.

THEY WHERE GREAT. I CALLED THEM, AND THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I'VE NEVER HAD DSL, AND ME AND MY ROOMMATE LIKE EVERYTHING THEY'VE DONE SO FAR. IF I NEEDED ANOTHER LINE, I WOULD CALL THEM.
