The wood that was initially sent did not represent the sample we chose at the flooring installer company, Sinbad Flooring in Torrance Ca. My wife and I went to the Urban flooring warehouse to inspect different shipment lots of the same flooring. We noticed quite a difference in the color of different lots. Urban flooring agreed to replace the existing shipment and deliver the shipping lot that we inspected. We later found out the sample of the flooring that delivered to Sinbad Flooring was three years old. The Urban flooring representative assured the Sinbad Flooring sales rep. that the sample was 3 months old. I do not blame Sinbad for this.
