We had to have plumbing work done under the slab of our house. The plumbers removed the carpeting in the area where they had to take out the concrete and dig. After the plumbing and concrete were repaired, we called Uptown Flooring for an estimate to re-lay the existing carpeting and padding. Based on the description we gave them over the phone, they got back to us with a price within a day. We didn't get any other estimates, we agreed to the cost and set up a date. They were running a little late of the time they said they would be here, but they called to let us know. The area was not large and they completed the work quickly. You can not tell any difference from before.

Their prices were comparable to that of the others. They didn?t do everything that I had asked them to do. They did admit that it was their fault and gave me a discount. I would be a little hesitant to use them again. I was happy with the quality of their work, though.

I was very well pleased with the workers, carpet and the company. The prices were about the same as most. I didn t really shop around that much. They did good quality work and I was happy.
