They were very prompt, clean and very thorough.

We have just purchased a new home and our second floor bath tub was not draining properly; very slow We are new to our area and Angie's List again came to the rescue. Quality Jet Rooter Plumbing answered our call at 3:00 in the afternoon and by 4:15 the same day a tech was working on the drain. By 4:45 I was paying for the service. The tech pulled out a large clump of hair. Our drain is as good as new.

I called on a Saturday evening and they cleaned the drain the same night. Excellent, courteous, prompt service. The gave me a free (un-recorded) video tour of the sewer line to the street. Up-selling additional services is part of their business model, but there was no pressure, and I was very pleased with the whole transaction.

When I first called them I could not figure out why my new refrigerator would not dispense water when it was pushed back to the wall. They showed that the supply line was kinked and use tape to tape the supply line to the refrigerator so that I would not have a problem when the refrigerator was returned to its normal position. It didn't take them long to do this. I think I should have been able to figure the problem myself, but there is nothing like hindsight.

I contacted a total of seven companies from the list. I tried to call one company twice but never got a live person. One company was too busy for today. One company told me they would get back to me twice. Quality jet rooter took the job, said they would be there within 1 1/2 hours, arrived on time, spent over 1/2 hour doing the job correctly, were polite and professional, offered the best price of all the companies I talked to, accepted payment by credit card, and gave a senior discount.

THIS COMPANY DOES GOOD WORK. I USE THEM ONLY WHEN I AM UNABLE TO DO IT MYSELF. I SOMETIMES GET THE FEELING THEY THINK THEY ARE DOING ME THE FAVOR AND I DO NOT LIKE THAT.
