They sell computers and stuff.  We bought one computer a year and a half ago and we bought the second computer in November.  The first computer was I think December of 2015 and the second computer was November of 2016.  We've had to make multiple calls because of computer issues and they've been super helpful.  They keep all the records and they help hook up with the manufacturers and the contracts and all sorts of stuff.  They are so helpful.  They're great.  I can't rave enough about them.  The first computer with all the service contracts came out to just under $2,000.  The second computer with all the service contracts came out to around $1,500.  It's like a three year service contract.  They are amazing.  Oh my gosh, they're so responsive.  I almost had to send in my computer, this computer.  This computer, my newest one, it turned out that it was an interrupted power supply that sits on the floor.  So I just ordered another one.  I was on the phone with them and they helped me hook up with the manufacturer, and it was such a pleasure working with Newegg.

Have used them many times over the last several years.  They carry high quality merchandise which is well packed and arrives as promised.  When I did have a problem, they were very good at working it out.  Highly recommend them.

I have been using Newegg for about 7 years. The overall catalog selection is always expanding. I have never had a problem with quality. I have never had a bad product. I have had them go bad, but never out the box bad. They solicit feedback from members to improve and gauge member satisfaction. I am not a big fan of their return policy though because if you don't like it there is restocking fee.

They are fantastic! They are very professional and polite. They get the job done when they said they will. They call within 24 hours after the work is done. I could not be more pleased with them!

Newegg blamed the shipping company. Shipping company said it's Newegg's fault and Newegg needs to file a claim
with the shipping company. Newegg will not do anything. 
I negativley reviewed new egg.com on yelp.com. Newegg.com sent an auto-message saying they'd like more information. Other reviews said nothing comes from replying to the auto message. I did anyways, hoping they'll do the right thing and refund my money.  Based on 4 phone calls and no refund or offer of replacement, I'm not holding my breath.

The customer service is good. It's fine.

They constantly have a deal every few days in different types of electronics and if you buy stuff they send you specific just for you kind of deal. That how I got the light bulb actually it was 50% off for me just with the coupon. It seems that there is always stuff on sale there. And I got a transformer, it was refurbished and I got it for $249 and almost everything they sale is free shipping. They always gave me good deals and the community is very active in people ratings on products. You can get a really good idea.

Everything is done online. You don't even need to call them to get the information about the product. If you call with a problem they step up to the plate in a big way. They're notified once the product has been rejected so they can issue the refund before they receive the product back. 2 day delivery. Most of the time there is no shipping cost.

They have extremely fair shipping. Products I get there are of quality made. They are very helpful when you need something to return.

They were prompt, we got it when they said it would arrive, it was in good shape so I have no complaints. It was a brand new 15 inch Hewlett-Packard. It is a middle of the line, nothing spectacular. I have another 17 inch that I travel with. Word to the wise but the 17 inch is portable but not lap. I will do business with them again.

They sell at the buyer cost. Their turnaround time is very prompt usually. Their daily and weekly specials are good too. I would use them in the future.

I was shipped a banged up refurbished monitor. After 3 e-mails and a weeks time I received a response that the item was out of stock. In 7-10 days I am supposed receive information on how to return for refund. I still don't know if they intend to stick me with the shipping cost. If you want refurbished electronics, there are better prices from companies that are up front about selling refurbished. If you want brand new factory sealed product you will have to buy from someone besides Newegg.com.

New Egg offers a quick and easy way to buy computers no matter where you are located because you can do it through the internet. It is a nice convenience. We had no shipping issues from them and found them to be quite responsive to our questions or needs. We did get a machine that had the technology and features we wanted too.
