The general experience was good. The gentleman, Antonio, was very persistent when I was looking to have the work done so that's one that drew me to contracting with him, he came by the house so often just how to see how are things going, was I up for the job yet and there was really no pressure, he was just driving by and checking in to see if I needed it or when and so forth and as I was talking to companies, it's the same token and getting bids and so forth for the job, that's one thing that stood out with him is that ever so often, it would be a week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, he would come by and did go "Hey, hi, how are you? Is everything okay? Did you need the job yet or anything?" and he saw that I wasn't proceeding with the job yet so he stood down so it took some months of going to this, you would consistently come by just checking. He was very persistent and that told me that he was a gentleman that wanted the job, needed the job and he wanted to do the job. He was on the spot, he was very nice, personable gentleman, also explained what you needed to do and what services he's providing and the job that he's going to do.
