Description of Work: I talked to four property managers about a property I own where I presently have tenants living. They are behind on rent, and I wanted someone to either get them paying on time or get new tenants in. I have not yet hired a manager, but I was most impressed with MAP property management. Laurie is the most knowledgeable about the community, tenant/landlord laws, and is active in the Whittier city organizations. If I decide to get a manager, I will choose her.

Additionally, MAP is very involved with the community, the Whittier Chamber of Commerce and other local non-profit organizations.
