John Ellis and his staff are fantastic. Brenda, Kelly and Gladys (former employee) were all great to work with. I had moved to SF and John's team managed my condo. They basically did all the work in terms of getting tenants in and out and maintaining the unit. I recently returned to SoCal and moved back in. They took care of me all the way through move in, including recommending Drake's Affordable Flooring to install some laminate flooring. John definitely knows his stuff. He's a great resource as well. I had a few ideas about things and he presented me with the proper knowledge and reasoning not to do some of my ideas. He certainly had the right mindset and knowledge-base to work with. After he told me why I shouldn't do something, it made perfect sense. I wasn't thinking in terms of managing a property as a landlord. He was. And that helped tremendously. The staff was always very helpful, attentive and responsive. Never had a problem getting hold of someone. And any time there was an issue with the unit, they quickly let me know and handled it. If I happen to move again, I will certainly re-hire LS Real Estate.
