John definitely knows his stuff. He's a great resource as well. I had a few ideas about things and he presented me with the proper knowledge and reasoning not to do some of my ideas. He certainly had the right mindset and knowledge-base to work with. After he told me why I shouldn't do something, it made perfect sense. I wasn't thinking in terms of managing a property as a landlord. He was. And that helped tremendously.
The staff was always very helpful, attentive and responsive. Never had a problem getting hold of someone. And any time there was an issue with the unit, they quickly let me know and handled it.
If I happen to move again, I will certainly re-hire LS Real Estate.
