Linda Domis knew I was selling the house at a loss, and she agreed to fill out the FTB form to stop withholding on the day escrow opened. On the day escrow was to close, the escrow officer told me that she would withhold because Linda Domis had not filled out the FTB form. I called Linda Domis that day, and she promised that she would get the form to escrow--she failed to do so. Therefore escrow sent the withholding, about $13,000 to the FTB--DO NOT TRUST LINDA DOMIS.
