+ 0 moreOverall it was an excellent experience- Eddy was very friendly and knowledgeable about my problem. He went up on the roof with me and explained in detail every thing and step that would need to be done to fix my roof. He answered all of my questions which I asked a lot of. He never made me feel stupid or rushed. He told me the work would be done in 3 days and the work was done in 3 days. The porch is beautiful and just what I was looking for. The crew cleaned up everything so there was nothing for me to do but sit back and enjoy.
Description of Work: repaired leaking roof- added gutters to 2nd story roof. moved PVC air pipe to new location. Re-roofed around 2nd story. cut and resoldered roof hot water tanks, re-flashed bottom roof. Built 12 foot porch roof over my back door

+ -1 moreTHIS WAS AN EMERGENCY SITUATION. HE PRESIDENT OF COMPANY RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. POWEVER, I BELEIVE THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH.
Description of Work: LARES CONSTRUCTIONS AND ROOFING COMPANY CAME OUT AND REPAIRED THE EXISTING ROOF LEAK.
