I was in the process of selling my condo and needed some minor touch ups. Of course my Realtor "had a guy"and ended up wasting 3 weeks during the prime sales months . . . I found Jared through this website. He was able to come out in a couple days for a bid and was able to complete the job the following week. Jared was extremely detailed was helpful in letting me know the downsides and offered helpful advice during the bid. I was selling and wanted to do the least amount possible (baseboards, painted a room, and paint matched a few areas). Ultimately, I was glad to have run across him and extremely happy with the outcome. In addition, I had carpet people out at the same time and everything went off with out a hitch.
