Mr. Hidy arrived right on time for both scheduled jobs. He removed the damaged wood and replaced it with good wood (unpainted). This was unpainted since I am planning to have my house painted by a professional painter. The two bathroom ceiling fans were difficult to install because they were larger than the previous ones and required entrance into the attic space (in 90+ degree heat). He also had his son install an overhead light / ceiling fan in a room used by my wife as a "craft room". Everything went well and he cleaned up after the work. I feel that I got my money's worth and am quite happy with the jobs.
