They found it was the water department problem. They gave me the number to call, and stayed until the water department came to explain what was going on. Very helpful, and would use them again.

The man came out and installed a water heater. I had a lot of questions for him which could have been irritating for him. When I had someone else look at the water heater he said it should have been strapped two times instead of one. I know the guy was in a hurry and he did something that I know was not correct and I made him correct it. If I had not been paying attention he would have not fixed it. When I called the company back for a different job, I asked if they could send someone else instead of the first employee. And after multiple calls for other jobs I realized I had offend them, they seemed to be avoiding me and they did not want my business. The receptionist kept saying they would call me back and they never did. The receptionist seemed annoyed when I ask for another employee to come out.

The cost was too much and the plumber recommended several changes to our sinks, water heater etc. The quotes given were way too high, we had the work done by another plumber for 50% less than the price quoted.

I have used this company for some time now. They are not always the cheapest but they do very good work and I can trust them. I rent out the house now and feel confident they will tell me the truth about what needs to be done and fix it right.

They are efficient, friendly, and clean up after themselves. I do not think they try to pad anything. They are very upfront with you. They have been around for years and are very trustworthy.

After looking over the job, the guy said he would be back at the agreed time the following Thursday. He didn't show up at all due to another emergency, and called hours later to reschedule for Monday morning. Monday, the work was done with the exception of the gas line shutoff. My mother in law who had been here, didn't know if he was coming back again, or what was going on. Three days later, I finally got a call and a visit from the plumber who told me he couldn't do the shutoff valve, but wanted to sell me a whole new gas line from the street at $4000. I declined, and was told a bill for the work performed would be forthcoming. Up to this time, no price had ever been discussed and no paperwork prepared or signed or presented. Upon recieving the bill I felt it was way too high for the work performed and included an 'equipment charge' of $75.00, which they told me on the phone was a fee for the use of their tools. This is nuts. Labor charges are well over $100 an hour.

Mr Haendiges is well known in the Whittier Area and performs maintenace with utmost satisfaction. He has trusted employees and his dispatch center ensures that the plumbers are on time for the work to be performed.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS. NOT ONLY FOR PIPE CLEANING, BUT FOR OTHER LARGER PROJECTS. THEY HAVE A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF THE OLDER HOMES IN THE WHITTIER AREA.

GREAT QUALITY OF WORK. THEY WERE QUICK. THEY ASSESSED WHAT THEY NEEDED. THEY WERE EXTREMELY CIVIL. THEY FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS. OVER ALL A GREAT COMPANY. THE WORK WAS WORTH THE PRICE ALTHOUGH THEY ARE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE.
