The service was fine. They showed up on time and everything was great.

I called about renting a dumpster using the phone number provided by Angie's List. A guy named Matt gave me all the info I needed - size, price, drop-off and pick-up lead times etc.I called back the day before I needed the 3 cu.yd dumpster and was told it would be delivered between 8 am and noon the next day. He said the cost would be $125.

At 11:45 the next day the dumpster was delivered. On the invoice the cost was listed as $150. When I called the number I had used to speak to Matt about the discrepancy, there was a voicemail greeting identifying a completely different number than I had dialed. Thinking that maybe wires had gotten crossed, I dialed again. Same thing. Then I noticed an 800 number on the invoice and tried that.

A woman named Linda answered and seemed not to know much about my order. When I explained that Matt had told me the cost was going to be $125, not $150, she agreed to that.

I filled the dumpster in 2 days and called to ask for it to be picked up. I was told that would happen the next day (Thursday). At 3:30 on Thursday I called to make sure someone was coming to take it away. I was told "the drivers are still out. No need to worry."

The driver showed up the next day at about 11 am.

Everything went great! I called early in the morning to get a quote, it went to voice mail. left a message and within a few hours i got a call back. they gave me the price and delivered the dumpster the following morning. when i was finished loading them up i called the next morning and left a message asking them to pick up the dumpsters. they came by a couple of hours later and hauled them away. Friendly guys, quick service, i will use them again if i have a major cleaning project.

I called General waste for a dumpster drop off they responded immidiatley, a second dumpster was needed it was also delivered very quickly great service.; Thanks!!!

They came when they were supposed to come and were pleasant both on the phone and in person. Prices were good.

Delivered a 3 yard dumpster the morning after I called and actually within the two hour window they gave me. Family owned/operated and very friendly. When they picked up they guy has his roughly 7 year old son along who got to operate some of the controls. Great experience for a dumpster company!

They are very fast and very professional. They got the dumpster here within 2 hours of me calling them - it was amazing! If needed, we would hire them again.

These guys are pretty good. I like that they're family-owned. Very personable on the phone. Best prices I've seen after calling 5 or six different providers, including national guys like Waste Management. They were very flexible when I called to ask for an extra week to fill the container. They responded it was no problem. They put the container where I needed it and picked it up generally when they said, they would. As with all construction contractors, they said, they'd be there at 9:00....but, didn't get there until some time after. Overall, I like these guys....their prices are great and they're pretty responsive, flexible and pleasant.
