Gabriel Plumbing

Both jobs, the tankless water heater and the new plumbing went fine and just as Gabriel explained they would. Both jobs took longer than expected due to the age of the plumbing and my home. However, Gabriel stuck to his original estimate, even when the new plumbing work ended up taking an entire day longer than he had planned for. He and his workers were very professional, very polite, and willing to answer any question or concerns I had. I've had both systems for a year now and am very pleased with them. I've recommended Gabriel to other people and have used him again since. I gave him an excellent on price for the following reason. Some people on hearing his estimate/price for a job will think it is somewhat high. I've always believed you get what you pay for. Gabriel is a certifiable plumbing geek and won't put something in your house that he wouldn't use. You're paying for his knowledge as well as his skill.

We have used them many times. They do a good job, and we have no complaints.

Everyone that we have had contact with has been fantastic. Gabriel and Robert were both very professional and thoughtful of our needs. It was the first time I have hired a plumber and not felt like I was being snowed...they were very detailed in describing problems, involving me and my husband in showing us what the concerns were and they even gave us repair options, based on order of priority to best suit our needs. I have already refered their company many times and we will continue to call on Gabriel Plumbing in the future.

I thought that their price was quite high and their work was fair.

Overall, I think the experience went well. From the first person who answered the phone to the person who called me to my job to give me an estimate on the whole cost. They were professional and courteous. However they did show up later than I thought they would. Otherwise, a good experience. (Although I'm still waiting for my bill which they said they'd mail to me since I wasn't at home at the time of the repair. I guess that's a good thing.

The first time we called him I had another company out here first and they wanted to charge a lot of money for some work under the house. Gabriel did it for less and was very patient with all of our questions and requests.
