Our old furnace from Sears had lasted us 40 plus years, so when the blower motor blew, we called them. They checked it out and found that they could no longer get the part, so we decided to go with them to install our new furnace. They did very nice work and were nice to work with. I plan on calling them in another 40 years if this one goes out.

I was very disappointed in the service we got from them. They took way too long to get the system in and they didn't even make sure it was working before they left. They have had to come back several time to fix some of the piping and other things that weren't working correctly.

The prices this company charged were fair. I can not remember exactly what I paid but their prices beat out other companies in my area. I thought they did fine work. I had no problems with them at all. They were reliable and their work seemed to be very consistent. I would give them top grades because we had no problems with them.

I am very thankful to have the gravity heating removed and the fullest air heating installed. I thought they did a great job installing the new furnace and they made sure to clean up once they were finished. They were courteous and polite and very professional.

Ray, the owner, was very professional and very thorough. He had a very hard working crew too. There were only a few small issues. The first day after they installed the vents in the ceiling there was dust everywhere, which took a while to completely get rid off. We were really unhappy about that. Ray admitted that the workers should have used more plastic to minimize the dust. After speaking to Ray about it the second day, him and his crew really made great efforts to control the dust. The dust on the first day was the only reason I gave them a B for professionalism, otherwise it would have been an A. There was also an issue with some of the vents not being straight which they promptly corrected after it was pointed out. With the exception of those two things I think they did a very good job and would definitely hire them again. Overall I would give them a solid B+. We are very happy with our new heating system.
