Dan Mosier came over one day and took measurements for a shower enclosure in one bathroom and a shower door in another. About a week later, his crew came and installed the enclosure and door.

This is the third shower door installation that I have had done by Design in Elegance.  They are a family business and have been so for many years.  The quality of their work is wonderful.  They do all their own shower door fabrication at their location in Whittier.

My contractor originally received a price quote from Orange County Glass and their price was $800 more than Design in Elegance.

I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Design in Elegance.  I know you will be more than satisfied.

They were amazing the frameless enclosure turned out so beautiful. The installers were fantastic and really professional they made sure to protect all of my bathroom furniture before installing. They had the most amazing customer service from scheduling the measure to planning the installation. They followed up with me through the whole process, took the time to explain how to protect the glass, and what are the best cleaning products for it. At the end of the whole experience my bathroom turned out amazing, and beautiful.

This company had done the shower enclosure at my home a few years back (through the contractor who remodeled my master bath).  I needed new enclosures for 3 bathrooms at my rental house.  I had assumed their price would be higher than the other quotes, but Design in Elegance was right in the middle AND I was able to get rain glass.  One enclosure was a slider, one a single panel with a curtain rod and one a Neo 3 sided enclosure.  They all turned out beautiful and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I spoke with three different shower door companies and once I met with Steve from Design In Elegance...I was sold. No BS and a very honest person, plus his quote was way lower than another top rated Angies List company (for the same product) and inline with the other. As for the custom shower doors....all I can say is AMAZING! I got the quote on a Friday...and had custom doors installed the following Thursday...are you kidding me....what amazing service! Every aspect of this company was phenomenal from the initial quote to scheduling & customer service ...to the installers. Top Notch Company and trust me when I say if you must use them!

We had 5 companies come and give us estimates for a shower that we wanted to switch from a sliding glass door from the 60s to an updated frameless shower glass door.
We worked with Jen and she was AMAZING!
She quickly made the appointment for the estimate and took quite of bit of time making sure all of the measurements were accurate. She even used spacers and took her time explaining everything. The other companies took maybe less than 5 minutes to take the measurements and said the seal should be fine. Should be? 
Jen's quote came in as the 2nd lowest and since a few people we know have used this company, we knew they had a good reputation.
Jen came back since my partner wasn't able to make the first appointment to see all of the finishes. They were able to schedule the installation within a week. The gentleman who did the installation were extremely careful and professional. They had it in within an hour.
Jen and the entire team at Design Elegance helped us with an issue. We had to open the shower back up and re-do the shower pan due to the contractor not getting the permit. We had no idea. This mean we needed to uninstall and re-install the glass. We were upset because we thought this was going to a disaster.
Jen kept saying she wanted to be super careful and prepared us that if anything is off with the tiling going back, it could mean new panels and then, extremely more money. But this team is AMAZING! They removed the glass, kept it safe and once we fixed the permit issue and got it tiled again, their team came back and again, did an amazing job with making sure everything fit again.

Job was performed when and as promised. The fit of the mitered metal frame is not perfect, but it is adequate and does not detract from the appearance of the bathroom. The enclosure is attractive, stable and just about everything we expected.

Kristen in Customer Service was extremely helpful in setting up appointment and also ordering small glass shelf for the soap niche.
Steve, the salesman, was prompt and explained all options to insure I would be happy with the end result.  Kristen called 2 days prior to installation to verify that the date was still good.

Installers actually called and said that they were ahead of schedule and asked if I would like earlier installation.  Rigo and Victor took great care to protect my floor and carpet with tarps.  Rigo alerted me before he started drilling that there would be loud noise for a short period. After the installation, Rigo explained the warranty and how to care for the doors.

I am very pleased with my new doors and the service I received from Design in Elegance.  I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Everything went very well from beginning to end.  Very painless and I am very happy with the doors.

Steve Smith was the salesman and he was very knowledgable and professional. The installers did a nice job on the installation. The problem came in when I contacted them recently (the shower door is still under warranty) to schedule a visit to repair the silicone liner that runs vertically between the glass door, which was coming off at the bottom, and the glass panel. They also needed to repair the door which was listing to the left and causing the liner to come loose. I scheduled a Saturday appointment two weeks in advance from 8:30-9:30 am. No one ever showed up. I called the office to find out what was going on and no one was there. So I guess everything can go well when they initially come out and sell you the product, but the follow through was terrible. I would not purchase any services from them in the future.
