So-So. I'm not sure if the problem was the service department or Honda's relationship with their bluetooth provider. Not real happy with the way things went.

They are always good. They get out right away and take my information. I have my car back in about 40-45 minutes. They have a little area where I can get popcorn and coffee and that is complimentary. They have a couple of snack machines and they have a TV in the waiting room. It is usually pretty clean.
