I was looking at Trulia website for a duplex and filled out the form stating I wanted more information. I received several emails form several realtors within that day. Lisa Ancich was the only person who actually called me. The property was sold however, she asked me some queations about my needs. She sent me a packet on homebuying the following week.
She followed up and we discussed my needs in detail we were prequalified for a limited amount. She did not waste our time sending us homes that were out of our budget or needs. We picked out a home to see and she was available to takes us immediately.
We made an offer the same day and opened escrow May 5, 2012 and closed June 5, 2012!!! We had a 30 day escrow, and we even had some very big hurdles to overcome in this process. Lisa dealt with every situation with such professionalism and diplomacy in interacting and resolving these issues and closing on time.
We were firstime homebuyers and she was really looking out for us, I would recommend Lisa Ancich for anyone looking to buy a home.
