Initially very helpful, however, as soon as the job started, it became clear they were too busy with other jobs. My remodel took well over 1 year, his subcontractors frequently complained about what they got paid, the work was barely adequate and several items were left unfinished or were of such poor quality they had to be refinished (at my expense).

COMPANY SEEMED TO BE TOO BUSY WITH TOO MANY JOBS AND WE WOULD NOT SEE ANYONE WORK ON OUR JOB FOR A WEEK OR MORE AT A TIME. JOB WAS STARTED APRIL '04 AND DID NOT COMPLETE UNTIL APRIL '05. SHOULD HAVE TAKEN 5 MONTHS.
