When escrow opened I told Ramona Talamantes that since I would be selling at a loss there would be no need for withholding. On the day escrow was to close, Ramona Talamantes called and told me that she would withhold because she did not have the FTB form. I told Ramona Talamantes again that I was selling at a loss, the Realtor, Lind Domis, had a signed copy of the form, and now that the required data was available. Linda Domis promised me that she would provide the form to Ramona Talamantes. When Linda Domis failed to keep her word, Ramona Talamantes simply withheld the funds without giving me any further warning.
