THE FIRST TIME HE CAME OVER, HE CAME ON TIME, AND SEEMED VERY INTELLIGENT BUT HE DIDN'T LISTEN TO ANYTHING WE SAID. HE WAS HARD TO GET IN TOUCH WITH. WHEN MISTAKES WERE MADE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO FIX THEM. BASICALLY, WE ENDED THE CONTRACT AND FINISHED THE REST OURSELVES.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. PERMITTING AND PLANS WENT SMOOTHLY. FRAMING WENT UP QUICKLY. DUE TO RAIN IT DID TAKE A LITTLE LONGER THAN EXPECTED FOR STUCCO AND FINAL INSPECTION.
