Put in a new motor and blade

We called them when our washing machine was having issues with cold water cycle. The man who came out was unfriendly, and almost rude. He instantly said that we needed a valve replacement and gave me a high quote. I told him that I needed another opinion, and only paid the diagnostic fee. He shrugged his shoulders and said "fine", and left. I phoned another company, he came out and just cleaned out the valve and it worked great. The other company saved me 250.00. I was very disappointed in Am PM.

Prompt reply to first call and quick to come out. Did job and checked other items for possible wear so I'd know how the machine looked for continued use without evidence of other potential problems. Very courteous and knowledgeable. I was extremely satisfied.

We have a new icemaker and Alan additionally vaccumed the coils of the refrigerator. AS ALWAYS WE WERE TOTALLY SATISFIED!

We really liked the person who came out. The washer was beyond repair, so he sold us a new one. We’d probably use him again.
