It was a pleasure working with Mr. Hata. Not only was he punctual, he was kind and affordable . Mr. Hata was able to get my house appraised in a timely manner and much sooner than others I called. Mr. Hata was extremely professional. I will be using him again next month to appraise my rental condo. I highly recommend Mr. Hata.
