This contractor is a liar and a thief. After discussing the issue with my real estate agent I found out this man has a history of unsafe building in my community of Shelter cove. Please ask around about character and reputation before you make the mistake of doing any business with David Allen Selby from Selby Construction, Remember just because someone has a CA contrators license # 425237 does not mean they are reputable.
