Garage door had opener had recently been replaced, however, I was not overly impressed with the service and did not call when the problem with the tension springs occurred. The owner took my call and was able to work me into his schedule within an hour. He was on time and able to quickly diagnose the problem and provide the  necessary solution. He was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. I wouldn't be reluctant to use this service again or refer others to AEL Garage Doors.

 My husband talked to him and took care of it.  Everything was fine.  He was up there talking to my husband for a long time and my husband was enjoying the conversation, so I think he like the man.  I don’t know what to compare their price with but it was reasonable.

Great!! I checked on Angies list but the quote was very high ($269). So I got a $135 from AEL Garage Doors. He came out the next day at 4:30. Replaced both springs as he said since they were the same age.  He replaced both springs, took about 1/2 hour. He then checked the chain and showed me where the chain was too short. He replaced that which cost $25. I kick myself because I can't remember  the mans name but he was very polite and professional. In all it took about an hour.
