After dealing with a lazy contractor who took 2 months to frame my garage, I switched to Preferred Builders who undertook the project immediately and finished the work in a little over 1 week. They made time for my "emergency" situation considering the looming winter snowfall. All of the progress was run by me first in light of my budget and hokey architectural plans. Their price was fair and their customer service cheerful and professional. They have also loaned out their workers for odd plumbing jobs. Preferred Builders saved my sanity more than once.
