Had another company that was referred by a friend replace a pump in my spa. Once I filled the spa, I couldn t get the pump to come on and thought I had an airlock. After trying everything to remove the airlock, I called Allan. He came out and found that the new pump was not plugged in. He repaired it in seconds and didn t even charge me for the service call. He will be my go to guy for spa repairs moving forward.

Allan called me before I hung up with Home Advisor! He showed up within 2 hours of our request and found the issue, repaired our spa and charged a very fair rate. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others and will be our go-to company for future services.

Universal Spa Service has not been reliable, I have had ongoing problems with the company. Allan came back 2-3 times and the hot tub is still leaking. He seems to fix the wrong thing because it is still leaking. The last time that he visited my home he wanted to charge me an additional $95.00 per hour to research what is wrong with the hot tub again, when in fact he did not fix the hot tub the first time, and charged us. I have to contact another person from Homeadvisor because the hot tub is still not fixed.
