We had new carpet installed 5 years ago. The carpet still looked great except for four areas -- one area was stained from a leaky plant that I had on the carpet, one area was stained by my dog who chewed up a Sharpie permanent marker on the carpet (stinker), and two areas were soiled by my visiting dogs who peed on the carpet deep into the pad. Fortunately, I had kept some of the left over carpet scraps from the installation!!! I did not want to replace the entire house of carpet so a friend recommended Tom's repair. Tom was friendly, prompt, professional, and now my carpet looks brand new again!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tom, and I highly advise keeping a few larger pieces of excess carpet after installation!!
