Bags and instructions were provided. They came on the day and found a few things I had forgotten. They were able to save my rose bush by removing and reinstalling the trellis at no extra charge. The tent was installed, fumigation was performed and the next day they came, removed it and ran fans to clear out the gas. They did a lot of extra things that I had forgotten to do, like open all of the cupboards and drawers, and check to see that I hadn't forgotten anything. I was able to live in my RV in the driveway with both water and electricity during the whole procedure.
